I'm using a BlackBerry Curve 9360. I wiped the device on BBSAK and now it shows "Error 507". I want to install the OS from my computer but when it supposed to show the items that I need to put back on the device, it shows nothing. Can you help me? I have a backup on both desktop and BBSAK.

In order to fix the problem, download the OS file on your computer from the official web page and then install it by double-clicking it. Next, navigate to (C:) > Program Files > Common Files > Research in motion > Apploader and delete the vendor.xml file. Plug in the device to your computer using the USB cable and double-click the Loader.exe file from the same directory. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the process to complete. After that, you can restore the backup using BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Check the official forum for further details.
